Hello, my name is Bob Blanchette, owner of ROOF WASHING SERVICES based in Northborough, MA. We have washed hundreds of roofs and seen every condition a roof may encounter. We will inform you if your roof just needs a cleaning or a new roof. We don’t sell roof installations, but I can recommend honest, licensed and insured roofing contractors if you need one.
Also, as a courtesy, while we are on top of your roof, (a part of your home that you may never go) we will be looking for anything that should be brought to your attention, and take a picture. For an example; your chimney, flashing, caps, roof condition etc, all at no charge to you. After being in the home remodeling and roofing business for over 30 years, you, the homeowner can fully trust my judgement, opinion and determination about the one thing that protects you, your family and the contents of your home – your roof.
So, you can call me first or call me last, but call me, so I can answer any questions you may have about your roof that others may not be able to answer correctly or honestly.
Depending on the size and pitch of the roof, and the level of cleaning that needs to be done, we complete a typical roof washing in 2 to 4 hours.
